Rulemaking activity
In determining the applicant’s suitability for licensure, the owners of any entity applying for a multi-jurisdictional totalizator hub license shall be fingerprinted and such fingerprints shall be forwarded to the Federal Bureau of Investigation identification division for a national criminal records check.
