Rulemaking activity

No employee or agent of the hub licensee may divulge any confidential information related to the placing of any wager or any confidential information related to the operation of the hub licensee, except to the account holder as provided by this chapter, article 20:04, state or federal law, or the commission. A violation of this section is grounds for disciplinary action.
