Rulemaking activity
Pari-mutuel bets may only be made using the following: (1) Cash or vouchers; (2) Cash equivalent; (3) Bonus or promotional credit; (4) Winning tickets or credit from prior races; (5) Funds within a wagering account; and (6) Any other means approved by the commission.
