Rulemaking activity
A hub licensee shall detail the controls that are in place to ensure that all information the commission requires to be maintained under this chapter is appropriately segregated and controlled to prevent unauthorized access. Hub licensees shall provide the commission with access to all required information, and the equipment and facilities on which or within which the information is maintained, in a manner approved by the commission, pursuant to internal controls. All information necessary for the commission to conduct any investigation must be provided to the commission immediately upon request.
