Rulemaking activity
A hub licensee shall promptly report to the commission any criminal or disciplinary proceeding commenced against the hub licensee or any of its employees, where applicable, relating to online pari-mutuel wagering. The commission may report any information received pursuant to this section to a governing body if sharing the information does not interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation.
