Rulemaking activity
If the commission receives information regarding the integrity of a race on which bets are made, the commission may, to the extent allowed in SDCL chapter 42-7 and this chapter, share the information with a hub licensee, independent integrity monitoring provider, governing body, law enforcement entity, regulatory agency, or other person the commission considers appropriate.
