Rulemaking activity
The commission's approval of any agreements between a hub licensee and its service providers does not constitute the authorization to conduct advance deposit wagering. If an online pari-mutuel wagering services provider operating advance deposit pari-mutuel wagering has an agreement with more than one hub licensee, the provider must submit the agreement with the licensed operator to the executive secretary that indicates the manner in which accounts, activity, and net receipts are to be accounted for and maintained separately.
