Rulemaking activity
A suspended account may be restored: (1) Upon expiration of the time period established by the account holder if solely the result of a self-exclusion request; (2) If authorized by the commission; (3) When the account holder is no longer a prohibited person as described in § 20:04:33:87; or (4) When the hub licensee has lifted the suspended status.
