20:04:35:33Account statements.

Upon the request of an account holder, the hub licensee shall provide to the account holder a statement of the account activity for the time period requested, not to exceed one year. Statements provided must include sufficient information to allow an account holder to reconcile the statement against the account holder's own financial records. The statement is presumed to be correct unless written notice to the contrary is received by the licensee within thirty days of the date that any statement is provided to the account holder.
