Rulemaking activity
Each hub licensee that is authorized to conduct advance deposit pari-mutuel wagering shall maintain an account at a state or federally chartered financial institution to hold patron deposits and payments made by the operator or route operator to the patrons for winning bets. This account may not be used by the hub licensee for any other purpose and is not an asset of the licensee. This account is subject to review and audit by the commission at any time.
