filings. All insurers or persons subject to SDCL chapter 58-5A, except as provided in SDCL 58-5A-20, shall file the following forms with the director: (1) Form A, statement regarding the acquisition of control of or merger with a domestic insurer, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-4; (2) Form B, insurance holding company system annual registration statement, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-21; (3) Form C, summary of changes to the previous year's registration statement, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-21 or, changes to the current year's registration statement, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-24; (4) Form D, prior notice of a transaction, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-56; (5) Form E, pre-acquisition notification, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-45; and (6) Form F, enterprise risk report, pursuant to SDCL 58-5A-29.1. The information required for those statements is set forth in §§ 20:06:09:29 to 20:06:09:45, inclusive.
