Rulemaking activity
In submitting the materials for SDCL 58-5A-21 and § 20:06:09:32, the person filing must include the following: (1) The nature and purpose of the transaction; (2) The nature and amounts of any payments or transfers of assets between the parties; (3) The identity of all parties to the transaction; and (4) The relationship of the affiliated parties to the insurer.
