Updates to the Division of Insurance's administrative rules in chapters 20:06:07, 20:06:12, 20:06:19, 20:06:22, 20:06:25, 20:06:26, 20:06:36, and 20:06:59.Effective

of rate revisions. In addition to the requirements in § 20:06:22:05, filings of rate revisions for a previously approved policy form shall include the following: (1) A statement of the scope and reason for the revision, and an estimate of the expected average effect on premiums, including the original anticipated loss ratio for the form; (2) A statement of whether the filing applies only to new business, only to in-force business, or both, and the reason; and (3) A history of the experience under existing rates.
