Rulemaking activity
The reinsurance agreement must contain the following provisions: (1) That the agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the business being reinsured and there are no understandings between the parties other than those expressed in the agreement; and (2) That any change or modification to the agreement is void unless it is made by amendment to the agreement and signed by both parties.
