-- Notice of regulatory action event. If the director notifies an insurer or health organization that the insurer's or health organization's RBC plan or revised RBC plan is unsatisfactory, the director may, at the director's discretion and subject to the insurer's or health organization's right to a hearing under § 20:06:36:21, specify in the notice that the notice constitutes a regulatory action level event.
