supplemental health insurance. The requirements of §§ 20:06:39:43 to 20:06:39:56, inclusive, do not apply to Medicare supplemental health insurance policies. However, Medicare supplemental health insurance policies are subject to §§ 20:06:13:87 to 20:06:13:92, inclusive.
