grandchildren not required. Nothing in §§ 20:06:55:01 to 20:06:55:10, inclusive, requires a plan or issuer to make coverage available for the child of a child receiving dependent coverage, unless the grandparent becomes the legal guardian or adoptive parent of that grandchild.
