Rulemaking activity
of senior management. The term "senior management" means a corporate officer who either reports or has a duty to report information to the board of directors, to shareholders, or to regulators. The term may include a chief executive officer, a chief financial officer, a chief operations officer, a chief procurement officer, a chief legal officer, a chief information officer, or any other "c" level executive.
