Each year following the initial filing of the corporate governance annual disclosure, the insurer or insurance group shall include with the submission of its corporate governance annual disclosure a statement that identifies any difference between the information reported in the disclosure filed for the current year and the disclosure filed for the prior year, or certify no difference exits.
