20:10:01:02.01Communications with commissioners.

All correspondence with the commission must be addressed to the commission's executive director at the commission's principal office or via electronic mail addressed to the commission's executive director. Official correspondence with the commissioners may not be addressed to an individual commissioner unless specifically authorized by law.
