20:10:01:28Compliance with orders.

A party named in an order issued by the commission shall promptly notify the executive director if the party has failed to comply with the order or anticipates that the party may be unable to comply with the order. If a change in any rate, rule, practice, regulation, or classification is required, a notification to the executive director must be given in addition to the filing of the proper tariffs.
