Rulemaking activity

In the event of a dispute between a subscriber and a telecommunications company concerning any bill, the telecommunications company may require the subscriber to pay the undisputed portion of the bill to avoid disconnection of service for nonpayment. The telecommunications company shall make an appropriate investigation and shall report the results of the investigation to the customer and to the commission, if involved.
