20:10:13:23Utilities to give public access to tariff schedules.

Any agent or representative of a utility in charge of an office or place of business shall give any reasonable information regarding proposed rates and rules and regulations requested by any existing or prospective consumer and shall give the consumer an opportunity to examine any of the tariff schedules of the utility during regular hours of each business day.
