20:10:24:07Classification -- Filing the application.

Upon the filing of an application for a classification proceeding pursuant to § 20:10:24:06, the applicant shall file its direct testimony and copies of exhibits to be offered at the hearing. At the time of filing this information, the applicant shall indicate any information which is claimed to be confidential and give the grounds for the claim of confidentiality.
