20:10:24:12Reclassification -- Filing of complaint.

Upon the filing of a complaint for reclassification of a service pursuant to § 20:10:24:11, the complainant shall file its direct testimony and copies of exhibits to be offered at the hearing. At the time of filing this information, the complainant shall indicate any information which is claimed to be confidential and give the grounds for the claim of confidentiality.
