In view of the small amounts involved, the cost of all protected terminals and gas pressure contractor terminals in the toll cable subaccount is assigned to the applicable interexchange cable and wire facilities categories. The cost of all other terminals in the exchange and toll cable subaccounts is assigned to exchange cable and wire facilities.
