20:10:29:16.05Interconnection charge.

An interconnection charge expressed in dollars and cents per access minute is assessed on all interexchange carriers and on all other persons interconnecting with the carrier's carrier's switched access network. The interconnection charge is computed by subtracting entrance facilities, tandem-switched transport, direct-trunked transport, and dedicated signaling transport revenue from the annual intrastate transport revenue requirement and dividing by the annual intrastate local switching minutes.
