20:10:36:19Identification of interconnection facilities --

Cost responsibility. The public utility shall identify under the review procedures of a tier 2 review or under a tier 4 facilities study, the interconnection facilities necessary to safely interconnect the small generator facility with the public utility. The public utility shall itemize the interconnection facilities for the applicant, including the cost of the facilities and the time required to build and install those facilities. The public utility shall require the interconnection customer to be responsible for the cost of the interconnection facilities.
