20:10:36:31Tier 1 interconnection requirements.

The public utility shall use the tier 1 review procedures for a small generator facility application that meets the following requirements: (1) The proposed facility is inverter-based; (2) The proposed facility has an electric nameplate capacity of 10 kilowatts or less; (3) The proposed facility will use lab tested equipment only; and (4) The proposed point of interconnection is not to a transmission line. A public utility may not impose additional requirements to a tier 1 interconnection application.
