Failure of a party to meet the obligations of this chapter or the interconnection agreement may constitute default. Upon a default, the non-defaulting party shall give written notice of the default to the defaulting party. The defaulting party has 60 calendar days from receipt of the default notice to cure such default. If a default is not capable of being cured within 60 calendar days, the non-defaulting party has the right to terminate the interconnection agreement by written notice.
