operator's receipt of the inspector report. The inspector shall provide a copy of all inspection report materials to the pipeline operator. The report shall be provided to an authorized official of the pipeline operator including an officer, manager, or governing board member if probable violations or warnings, as defined in § 20:10:37:08, are believed by the inspector to exist.
