20:10:37:17Change of ownership.

Each pipeline operator, upon finalization of an agreement to purchase or sell a jurisdictional gas pipeline facility subject to the provisions of 49 C.F.R. Part 192 (July 1, 2023), must, within thirty business days, submit to the commission's pipeline safety program a written notification of this agreement. This rule does not apply to any transaction made pursuant to SDCL 49-34A-35.
