Rulemaking activity
A registered trainee appraiser is responsible for: (1) Jointly maintaining an appraisal log with each supervisory appraiser on a form provided by the secretary that includes each appraisal performed by the registered trainee appraiser to ensure it is accurate. Separate appraisal logs must be maintained for each supervisory appraiser; and (2) Successfully completing an education program developed by the department regarding the role of the supervisory appraiser and the registered trainee appraiser. Successful completion of the education program includes passing the course examination.
