20:14:05:06.01Educational requirements for registered trainee appraiser.

An applicant for a registered trainee appraiser credential shall complete seventy-five creditable class hours of approved qualifying education in § 20:14:05:06.01 within the five-year period before the date of the application, which includes successful completion of each course examination. Acceptable education is: (1) Basic appraisal principles -- thirty hours; (2) Basic appraisal procedures -- thirty hours; and (3) A fifteen-hour qualifying course that covers the uniform standards.
