20:14:06:01Compliance with uniform standards.

An appraiser performing any appraisal practice assignment shall complete the assignment in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, 2024 Edition. The appraiser shall also disclose in the appraisal practice assignment any steps taken that were necessary or appropriate to comply with the competency rule of the uniform standards.
