20:14:13:05.03Asynchronous education -- Continuing education.

Asynchronous distance education courses intended for use as continuing education must include: (1) A written examination proctored by an official approved by the college or university, or by the sponsoring organization. Remote proctoring, including bio-metric proctoring procedures, is acceptable; or (2) Successful completion of prescribed course mechanisms required to demonstrate knowledge of the subject matter.
