early retirement pension. An employee or former employee is entitled to an early retirement pension if the employee or former employee meets all of the following requirements: (1) Has attained the age of 55 but has not yet attained age 65; (2) Has accumulated at least three years of credited service; and (3) Has terminated from active employment with the commission.
