20:18:01:03Prohibitions on gaming.

A commission member, officer, agent, or employee of the commission may not participate in any gaming authorized by this article. Violation of this section, knowingly, by a licensee or the licensee's officer, agent, or employee is grounds for disciplinary action against the licensee. This section does not prohibit gaming by a commission agent or employee in the course of the agent's or employee's lawful discharge of duties.
