A licensee being charged with a felony, or with a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, in any jurisdiction, is grounds for disciplinary action. The commission may find the licensee guilty of a violation of this article on the facts of the criminal charge even if the licensee has been acquitted on the criminal charge.
