20:18:16:41Proposals for variations.

A retail licensee may submit to the executive secretary, for approval, proposed variations in the shuffle, cut card placement, number of cut cards, shuffle techniques without the use of cut cards, location of the shuffle, who is responsible for shuffling, shuffling equipment, dealing devices, the player who opens a betting round, raises, games, and burn card procedures.
