A licensed manufacturer or distributor may supply a licensed operator with a communications service that would interlink progressive slot machines and related equipment in the city of Deadwood, or any other location within or outside South Dakota authorized by law in the jurisdiction where such slot machines and related equipment is located, and may manage and monitor the accounting, collection, and disbursement of progressive payouts. The system must be approved by the commission.
