records. All records required by this chapter must be maintained for three years. Wagering vouchers as described in chapter 20:18:17 shall be retained for a period of 90 days from date of redemption. Wagering voucher may be destroyed after 90 days if record of the transaction is retrievable from the slot management system voucher reports.
