20:18:29:11Surveillance plan.

A licensee must submit a surveillance plan to the commission. The surveillance plan must include a floor plan that shows placement of all surveillance equipment in relation to the areas under surveillance and a detailed description of the system and equipment. The licensee may not modify the plan without the prior written approval of the executive secretary or a designee.
