of player's numbers and wagers. Each number selected by a player shall be entered into the computer. An outside ticket shall be given to the player. An inside ticket shall be retained by the operator conducting the game. Concurrently with the generation of the outside ticket the information on the ticket shall be recorded on the transaction log.
