for refund of tickets as a result of malfunction. Any ticket written from 1 to 20 consecutive games which is subject to refund as a result of a malfunction shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date the last game printed on the ticket was conducted. Any ticket written from 21 or more games which is subject to refund as a result of a malfunction shall be valid for a period of 365 days from the date the last game printed on the ticket was conducted.
