20:18:36:35Wager information confidential -- Disciplinary action for violations.

Any information about accounts that is not subject to disclosure pursuant to the privacy policies must be kept confidential, except where the release of that information is required by law. No employee or agent of the advance deposit wagering licensee may divulge any confidential information related to the placing of a wager or any confidential account information related to the operation of the licensee, except as provided by article 20:18, pursuant to a court order, state or federal law, or commission order. A violation of this section is grounds for disciplinary action.
