Certain examination fees are set by the examination vendor and are to be paid by the applicant directly to the following vendors: (1) The NCEES for engineering and land surveying examinations; (2) The NCARB for architecture examinations; and (3) The CLARB for landscape architectural examinations. The fee to retake the open-book electronic examination of South Dakota land surveying practice and laws is thirty dollars and is to be paid to the board. The fee to retake the open-book electronic examination for petroleum release assessor or remediator is sixty dollars and is to be paid to the board.
