20:41:10:05Fraud or deception.

A person licensed or certified by this board who practices or attempts to practice under an assumed name or who gives or makes a knowingly false statement to the board, is guilty of a fraudulent or deceptive practice. The terms fraud or deception are not limited to this definition.
