The board may impose any of the following sanctions or a combination thereof: (1) Formal reprimand; (2) Probation of license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota; (3) Suspension of license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota; (4) Revocation of license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota; or (5) Restitution and payment of all expenses of the investigation and proceedings. Any sanction imposed by the board upon a licensee must be reported to the central reporting agency of which the board is currently a member at the time of the imposition of the sanction for the purpose of disseminating sanctioning information to licensing boards of other states.
