20:41:10:06.07Judicial declaration of competence.

If a person has been suspended by an order in accordance with the provisions of § 20:41:10:06.01 or 20:41:10:06.02, and has thereafter been judicially declared to be competent, the board may dispense with further evidence showing the disability has been removed and may direct reinstatement.
